Every session is 100% customized to your individual level, interests, and learning style. Custom 1-on-1 Lessons: Tailored live instruction focused entirely on what you need during class time—no rigid, one-size-fits-all textbooks. School & Academic Support (Native & K–12 Students): Active homework assistance, reading comprehension, grade-level vocabulary, and foundational grammar mechanics. Everyday Communication (ESL & Multilingual Learners): Conversational fluency, accent reduction, pronunciation coaching, idioms, and practical functional writing. Direct Communication: Real-time feedback during your session and open text message access between classes for quick homework or vocabulary questions.
Cancellation Policy
Booking, Rescheduling & Refund Policy • 24-Hour Notice: To cancel or reschedule without penalty, please contact me or manage your booking online at least 24 hours in advance. • Makeups: If a cancellation is made within 24 hours of your session, your make-up session must be completed within that same week or weekend (or before your active monthly billing cycle ends). Unused monthly credits do not roll over past renewal. • Late Cancellations & No-Shows: Cancellations made within 12 hours of our scheduled lesson, or arriving more than 15 minutes late without prior notice, will be charged in full for the lesson. • Refunds: All completed sessions, class package purchases, and monthly subscription renewals are non-refundable. Subscriptions may be canceled anytime before your next renewal date.
