If you are a parent, please fill out an Adult/Parent Needs Analysis Form explaining what you want for your child, as well as guide them through filling out a Kids Fun Learning Survey. Please use the same email on both forms.

    Sign up for recurring weekly payments, set to start weekly $20 pay outs on the day you choose to set the start date. One 60 minute class a week until you cancel.

    5 classes with custom lesson plan for 60 minutes. 1 person. $100/mo for a duration of 3 months.

    10 classes with a custom lesson plan. 60 minute classes for 1 person. 200/mo for a 3 month duration.
