In the virtual classroom, technology should serve as a bridge, not a barrier. My approach to digital pedagogy moves beyond static slides to create bespoke, high-engagement environments tailored to each learner’s unique interests and neurodiverse needs. By utilizing design-thinking principles—such as interactive gamification, incentives to maintain sustained attention, and personalized digital avatars—I facilitate a 'flow-state' experience that honors student agency. These examples demonstrate how I translate complex concepts into immersive digital narratives, ensuring that remote learning remains as relational, joyful, and effective as in-person instruction."
