My learning sessions are designed to empower you on your learning path.

I specialize in providing educational sessions to a diverse range of students, from children to adults. Currently, I have a Level 5 TEFL, Teaching Online, and Teaching Neurodiverse Students certificates, soon to be complemented by a Business English and Exam Prep certifications. I am pursuing degrees in psychology/therapy and English, gearing my corse work towards becoming a speech pathologist. I have taken courses in psychology, public speaking, early childhood development, psychopathology, sociology, women's and gender studies, as well as honors English, honors mythology, etc., maintaining a 4.0 GPA in each. With close to a decade of experience learning about people, you can be confident that you are in capable hands.

One of the unique aspects of my teaching approach is my extensive experience with children who have special abilities/needs. I have adopted my little sister-in-law who has multiple special needs as well as learning disabilities. She has been homeschooled with me off and on depending on the needs/resources homeschool vs. public school could offer her at the time. The resilience and drive this girl exhibits is just amazing. I have homeschooled my son full-time since preschool (2021); he is now 8-years-old and in the 3rd grade, with a high school reading/speaking level, as well as learning Spanish with us as a family. I firmly believe that reading and language learning should be accessible to everyone, regardless of their learning level, lifestyle, orientation, background, culture, or religion. This commitment drives me to create an inclusive and welcoming environment for all of my students.

In addition to my available classes, I am excited to announce that I will be offering therapy sessions in the future to further support you on your lifelong journey. Many of my adult/young adult/teen students end up feeling so comfortable with me, that they want to discuss more life problems than learn English. Not wanting to take away from you learning English, I thought it would be a good idea to offer therapy sessions while I continue my schooling to speech pathology (therapy) as well. My background in psychology, therapy, psychopathology, and early childhood development enables me to adopt a holistic approach to learning a new language or just brushing up on your own native language. I address not only the technical aspects of the language but also the emotional and psychological factors that can influence your learning experience.
